The first ever Super clash between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak outside the shores of Ghana, will be live on the nation’s television network, GTV.
Via its Sports Plus Channel, GTV will show the game live to the numerous fans of both clubs who won’t be able to make the trip to the UK to watch the game.
Ghana’s two biggest clubs will face off in this historic match to commemorate this year’s Independence Day celebration. The game is scheduled to kick off at the Barnet Stadium in London on 7 March, 2020. The initiative is a brainchild of Proball Int Limited.
Speaking at the launch of the game, George Lomotey, Manager of GTV Sports+ Channel at the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation said “We are committed to bringing the best to Ghanaians and will show the game live on GTV and GTV Sports+ with the best of coverage”.
The game has been sanctioned by both the Ghana Football Association and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
